2: Widow or Widowers: Only identify as “Widowed” if you have never remarried, OR were age 60 or older when remarried. If this does not apply to you, please check the box as “Married.”
3: Widow or Widowers: If your deceased spouse never claimed, enter their Social Security Full Retirement Age Benefit amount. If your deceased spouse had already claimed before their passing, enter the amount of the Social Security Benefit they were receiving at the time of their death.
